As a native New Yorker, I have very lofty pizza standards. Well, Gio's met those standards with flying colors. We ordered a 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni pizza. The pizza was a feast for the senses. As soon as it came out of the oven, it had an intoxicating smell of fresh baked dough, bubbling cheese, and spicy pepperoni. What set this pizza apart was the crust. There was an audible crunch on each bite that gave way to a soft, chewy interior. I can go on and on about the quality of this pizza. Also, the service was welcoming and super friendly. Safe to say, I was very pleased.

This is my second time ordering takeout from Gio’s and it was better than the first great experience in August 2024. The NY pie is fantastic. Tonight I added pepperoni, mushrooms and onion and everyone was blown away at the taste and quality of the ingredients. Hands down the best NY style pizza at any of the DEEP beaches and probably OCMD too. This pizza is a steal in Rehoboth, or really anywhere. We fed 6 hungry people for $70 with plenty of leftovers. There are not enough reviews of Gio’s online so I needed to throw one up. Very fire, very legit, very groovy, whatever generation you’re from Gio’s is bomb.

Ordering takeout here was a happy accident. Google said it was the closest pizza shop to our AirBNB in Lewes but that wasn't true at all. On the bright side, the pizza here is delicious. Thin, crispy crust and loaded with toppings! The staff is great too. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

Walked into try a new pizza, always on a quest for a great thin, crisp crust that holds the toppings! Almost walked out because the AC isn't cutting it, but really wanted to try this pie. We're so glad we did! Best thin crust in Rehoboth Beach with generous pepperoni, mushroom, and onion! And the giant slice was really giant! While we waited, they gave us a sample slice of a tomato pesto pie they are experimenting with -- it MUST go on the menu! Patronize this great pizza place!

We stopped by here during our Thanksgiving weekend at Rehoboth, and we are thankful for that (no pun intended). The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff treated you like a family- friendly, no pretense hospitality because it was genuine. One of the guest violinist played for us and it delighted our little ones. The pizza was absolutely perfect- delicious sauce, perfect crust that is neither too thin or thick, and their pasta was fresh. Before we finished dinner we were already planning to come back anytime we are around, and we were happy to know that they have branches in PA as well. Thank you for a lovely dinner, for amazing services. You're a gem.

so delightful 10/10 pizza , 10/10 service, 10/10 vibes. we got the caesar salad and hot honey pizza. crust was nice and crunchy but not too crunchy. pizza was so flavorful, even the caesar salad had a nice kick and cheesy croutons
